How to book cabs with Deepamtaxi?

How can I pay for my taxi?

You can pay for your taxi service by Cash/UPI to The Driver directly.

Are the taxi available 24*7?

We at DeepamTaxi travel the roads 24 hours 365 days, be it rain, fogg or the heat waves. For bookings you can always reach us direclty at 080468 44684 or can write us on support@deepamtaxi.com

Can I get a invoice of my ride?

Yes. After Ride & payment you will get a copy of invoice via mail or can download it directly through the app.

Do we receive details over text and mails?

Yes. For transparency about your bookings, we make sure to reach over all the communicational channels for a better understanding. Every update will be conveyed via Text and Mails for your lookout.

What is Peak Season? Are the prices different during Peak Season?

Yes. Hourly rates are different during the peak season. But to avoid problems it is suggested by Deepam Taxi that you should book in advance.

Can I book for any period of time?

Yes, we have the feasibility to choose hourly packages that is purely made keeping in mind to cater each and every requirement of a traveler. For details you can cross check the Hourly packages inside the app.

What if I need to modify or extend my bookings?

You can tell this in advance via call or mails. We will make sure you don't get into any hassle during your travel and have the journey comfortable and smooth.

How can I cancel my Booking?

You can cancel it via app directly or can request the same via mail or call.

What happens when I cancel my bookings?

We do not levy any charges over taxi cancellation. We have azero cancellation charge policy which makes us different from other Taxi players from the market.

What modes of payments are accepted?

As of now we take payments via Cash and UPI.

What are extra charges we have to pay for?

Extra charges mostly adds on when you take an outstation taxi service from our end which includes Toll Charges, Parking's, State Permit charges. Also if you wish to travel after 10 P.M in the night and additional driver bata as per the vehicle will also be charged.
